The Site is owned and operated by Touchpoint Customer Contact Solutions Pty Ltd (“Touchpoint”).

Your access and use of the Site is conditional upon your acceptance and compliance with the terms, conditions, notices and disclaimers contained in these Terms of Use and elsewhere on the Site (collectively “Terms of Use”). By using the Site you are deemed to have accepted the Terms of Use.

Touchpoint has the right to change or discontinue any feature of the Site, hours of availability and equipment required for access. Amendment of Terms of Use
Touchpoint may amend the Terms of Use at any time by posting the amended Terms of Use on the Site. The amended Terms of Use will be effective immediately and you will be bound by the amended Terms of Use from that time.
Termination
The Terms of Use are effective until terminated by Touchpoint. Touchpoint may terminate the Terms of Use and your access to the Site at any time without notice or cause. In the event of termination, you are no longer authorised to access the Site. All restrictions imposed on you, disclaimers and limitations of liability set out in the Terms of Use will survive termination. If you violate any Terms of Use, or do not agree to the Terms of Use, your right to use and access the Site automatically terminates.
Governing Law
The Terms of Use are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Queensland, Australia.
Use of the Site from outside Australia
The information on the Site and the Terms of Use have been prepared in accordance with Australian law. If you are residing in, or accessing the Site from, a country other than Australia (“User Country”) the information and the Terms of Use may not satisfy the laws of the User Country. In the event that the information or the Terms of Use do not satisfy the laws of the User Country, the Site is not intended for use in this User Country, and you may not be entitled to rely on the information or make further enquiries about products and services offered via the Site. Severance of Terms
If any provision of the Terms of Use is found to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable under law, such invalidity or unenforceability will be superseded by the law, and will not affect the remainder of the Terms of Use, which will continue in full force and effect. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
